COREY SMITH;; --- The sun was just beginning to set upon Manhattan Beach, and all the tourists began to file off of the beach leaving a lonely strip of sand and water. The sky was an orangish pink color, and it looked beautiful contrasting with the blue ocean waters. The soft sound of the waves crashing upon the sandy beach was calming and relaxing, setting the perfect stage for someone to go and just think for a while. Although most people were leaving the beach, there was still one guy that still sat there upon the sand, Corey Smith.
--- Corey sat in the soft golden sand, sitting in a position so that his knees were bent and sandaled feet were flat on the ground, and he rested his crossed arms upon his knees. His soft fluffy blonde hair rustled as the ocean's salty wind blew past him softly. His large green eyes looked out into the waters depths, lost in deep thought. He was wearing a blue button up shirt, which was unbuttoned now and fluttered in the wind as well, with a white tee underneath, and ripped jeans and sandals. Overall, he looked like he had just stepped out of a Hollister catalog. His lips parted to release a deep sigh, and he continued to sit, stare and think.
--- Now you might be asking yourself, what might an eighteen year old senior in high school be doing out sitting on the beach alone on a Friday night? Well he was going through a bit of a tragedy at the moment, trying to sort out his life and such. You see, Corey has just moved to Manhattan from his beloved old home. He left behind his friends, the love of his life, and his school to come live here with his family. He hadn't liked the idea of moving from day one, but what choice did he have!? Now he was stuck here, knowing no one in this new town, and he'd ave to start up going to the local school here on Monday. He shook his head just thinking about having to restart his life, meet new people, new classes, new school. It just all sounded so unappealing to him, and he continued to wish he was back at his old home.
--- A seagull flew over head, diving down into the waters. He watched it, and continued to be lost in deep thought. Early that day he had fought with his parents as well, for he hardly ever got into any fights with them but he was just so upset about the move that he had to take his anger out on them. Now, knowing he upset them, he just needed to get out of his new house, away from all the moving boxes and such, and just relax somewhere. This is how he had ended up here, on the beach. The beach had always been a calming familiar place to him, for he had spent his whole life along the coastal waters, it was something familiar to him.
--- It was beginning to become darker now outside, but he didn't feel like going home just yet. He quietly just continued to sit there gazing out past the waters, looking off in the distance down the shoreline where he could see lights from the Pier, all light up and bright, with people walking along it, probably having a lovely time together while he was stuck here all alone by himself to think about how terrible his life was currently. He released a final sigh and continued to stare into the ocean's deep sea blue waves.

She watched the crowd along the beach leave one by one as she walked along the shore. The sun was setting and the sky was a gorgeous mixture of beauty. Alexis loved walking along the beach as the sun set. It seemed as if it were setting into the water When she was younger she had asked her mom why the sun went into the water. And her mother replied 'sweetie, it needs a bath'. The scene and memories really got her thinking about her future, past, and life. She slipped off her sandels and bent down andpicked them up, letting her feet feel the sand as she sauntered on. Her walk is quite feminine, her hips sway and her hair flows along with it. That unique walk she has, shows a lot of her confident and sexy personality.
The beach was blank now and all you could hear was the gentle rush of the waves on the shore. Alexis approached the waves and walked through them. She was glad she hadn't worn jeans, and wore a pair of jean shorts, and a white jacket, with a snug red cammisole under it. The water tickled the bottom of her feet, and washed inbetween her twos. It felt so spectacular she couldn't help but to laugh. This place just made her so joyful, and thankfuly of what she had. She just started to sprint a long the shore, spashing through the waves. When Alexis was younger she wished she could live in the ocean, so she could do this every night. But not every dream comes true.
As she ran she noticed a boy. He looked cuter than a puppy. He had tan skin, blond hair, he looked absolutely adorable. Although he seemed lonely, it was Friday night, and he should be out picking up chicks. This is a curious girl, and she wanted to help him out. Alexis stopped running and slowly approached him. She flipped her blonde hair and shook her head a few times. And then she picked up her pace. Then she plopped her ass down next to him. She gave it a few seconds of scilence to visualize him. His facial expression showed he was focused, and not in a mood to be fooled around with. "Hey, what are you doing alone on a Friday night like this?" she asked. "Don't you have a girlfriend?' Alexis has a bad habit of coming off too bold.
